Vision Retail Park is located in Hartlepool, a busy commercial centre in the north east of England approximately 32 miles south of Newcastle and eleven miles to the north of Middlesbrough. Marina Way (A689) is a dual carriageway major link road connecting the marina development area to the town centre and linking Hartlepool to Stockton and Middlesbrough to the south. The park is in the heart of the town's retailing and leisure development area immediately north of the town centre and nearby occupiers include ASDA, Boots, Curry's PC World, Next, among many others. Vision Retail Park comprises appx. 65,000 sq ft of retail warehouse accommodation formed over a main terrace of 57,000 sq ft and a number of ancillary stand alone buildings. The park is currently undergoing a major refurbishment following the grant of planning consent on 3rd December 2014. This will see a significant improvement to the quality of the accommodation and parking/access, together with the grant of 17,500 sq ft of Open A1 (Food) consent and 10,000 sq ft of A3 (Restaurant) consent.
