The estate comprises 14 industrial units arranged in two terraces around a central service yard.

There is a separate vehicular access which serves the additional loading and yard area to the rear of Units 1-10.

The units were constructed in the 1970s and are of steel framed construction with part brick and part profile metal cladding elevations under pitched roofs with 6m height eaves.

All units have roller shutter doors to the front elevation except units 9 and 10 which have roller shutter doors at the rear.

Works have recently been undertaken to reclad and reroof a number of the units on the estate.

The town benefits from excellent road and rail communications located adjacent to the M20 and served by Junctions 9 and 10.

In addition, the A28 and A2070 provide local links to Canterbury and the South coast.
