Location

Newhaven is an important south coast port and can be accessed either via the A259 South Coast Road which runs east/west whilst the A26 runs northwards, linking with the A27 approximately 5 miles from the town.

Newhaven benefits from a mainline railway station, which provides direct access to Lewes (approximate journey time of 11 minutes) where there is a fast service to London Victoria (approximate journey time of 1 hour).

The property is situated in the established Avis Way Industrial Estate just off the A259 Coast Road adjacent to Sainsbury’s. The estate itself is prominently situated on the east side of the town and is an established industrial location in Newhaven.
