The site extends to 2.3 acres (0.92 hectares) and consists of a roughly “L” shaped plot fronting the Old Bath Road, which connects Heathrow Western Perimeter Road and Poyle.

The site was originally used by RMC for the storage of HGV’s and associated plant.

It has power, lighting, water and CCTV and is securely fenced and gated.

Approximately 75% of the area consists of a modern concrete yard with the balance covered in hardcore.

The area benefits from excellent motorway connectivity strategically located adjacent to the M25, served by Junction 14 with the M4 / M25 intersection 2 miles to the North. The A4 (Colnbrook-By-Pass) is the main arterial route to the North of Poyle providing direct access to Junction 5 of the M4 to the West and Central London to the East.

The M25 provides direct access to Junction 2 of the M3 approximately 6 miles to the South.

Benefitting from a high density motorway network, the area provides a platform for companies to service the large and affluent markets of London and the South East, and a pool of skilled labour.
