The property comprises terraced industrial units over four blocks divided into two standalone units, two semi-detached terraces and a detached terrace.
Units 1 -16 were constructed in the early 1980's, the units are of steel portal frame construction under pitched roofs with integral transparent roof lights and elevations of cavity brickwork with profiled metal sheet cladding. Parkfield Industrial Estate is located in Battersea, south west London on the banks of the River Thames adjacent to Clapham and Camberwell.
The area surrounding the estate is largely residential and has been subject to significant re-development in recent years.
The estate is located on Culvert Place off the A3205 Battersea Park Road, close to Latchmere Road and Queenstown Road providing good access to London’s West End and the City via Albert Bridge and Chelsea Bridge.
The estate is situated between the two main railway lines linking the south of England to London Victoria and Waterloo main line railway stations. It is also located close to public transport links including Battersea Park station and Queenstown Road Station which are within walking distance to the north east of the site, providing frequent services into central London and the south.
